I am so in love with my 5 star Master bath thanks to Silverback remodeling. They have already quoted me my outdoor kitchen, which I will be starting in about a week. The bid was not the lowest nor the highest but their quality work was top notch as they promised ! I have learned through my life you definitely get what you pay for! Hector provides a full detailed quotation, clearly noting what is included and what will be extra in the case they run into unexpected issues (such as leveling). In my case, they found that leveling was needed and charged for the per bag material costs. Hector keeps up to date daily and keeps a clear and open conversation, and will answer any questions you have. We received two other quotations from contractors on HomeAdvisor. Hector was the only contractor to provide full, detailed quotes. Although the others seemed competent and competitive in pricing, Hector won our business with his friendliness, professionalism, enthusiasm, and by going above and beyond the other contractors. Hector installed porcelain bathroom tile, and two rooms and a hallway with engineered hardwood. They took care of covering and protecting the walking areas. They also ended up moving all the furniture (not part of the quote) and only asked for what we thought was fair for compensation. They ended up having a fairly difficult time cleaning and shining up the engineered hardwood I bought. However, they stuck with it and ended up making it shine! They also installed the trim and transitions. Overall an excellent job. Hector's payment terms are 50% down, 25% at 75% completion, and the remaining 25% when the job is complete. We were able to pay easily through Zelle online transfers. Hector and his crews are professional, punctual, and trustworthy. Overall, Hector/Silverback is probably the best contractor I have ever worked with in his professionalism. We will be using Silverback again on construction of an outdoor patio structure/kitchen, and possibly on a fence. Silverback can do it all! Thank you Hector, Chad Roesti Edit: I had Hector and his team back to install a stamped concrete foundation for my outdoor kitchen. Excellent work and looks great! Edit2: Hector is back again! I supplied the building materials including wood, hardware, and roofing supplies, and Silverback built me a perfect 20' by 20' picnic pavillion over the concrete they installed weeks prior. Looks and is perfect!

We hired Silverback to do a full kitchen and partial bathroom re-model. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work, timeliness and flexibility. The costs were very fluid throughout but owner Hector was very communicative and willing to work within our budget. A lot of the specifications changed from the original estimate and we were very happy with the way the cost adjustments were handled. The carpentry, tiling, plumbing and general workmanship were a very high standard and we were very pleased with the overall result. I would definitely hire Hector and his crew again and already have plans for other projects.

We can't say enough about Hector and his crew. From day one, he has followed through with every single thing he said he would...including daily visits to the job and extremely prompt response to phone or email correspondence. He never missed a day to be on the job and communicate with us, even down t daily notices of what time the workers would arrive, and their game plan for the day. We interviewed 5 other contractors for the same job, but we chose Hector because of his overall knowledge, can-do spirit, and honesty. We had some changes along the way, but he jumped in and helped us find the proper fixtures, without losing much time on the project. (I think he went to 7 different stores one day looking for the proper shower valve we needed....a last minute change order on our part!) He and his team are honest, flexible, kind, neat, and very knowledgeable and professional in his trade. My husband is in the construction industry and he has marveled each day at the detailed and beautiful work of Hector and his crew. In our opinion, his carpenters and plumber are the best in town, as are his tile and granite guys. We were so pleased with the outcome of our beautiful new master bath, we asked if he could please stay and remodel our hall bath right away. Our home was built in 1963, and with his vision and expertise, we have the most gorgeous updated bathrooms ever. Would love to show before and after photos of each bathroom very soon! Honestly, look no further...Silverback Remodeling is top notch! p.s. he also has an in house designer, Samantha, who has a great eye for detail, at no extra charge!
